Sharing calendars with individual users can be managed directly by the owner of the Calendar.
Please follow the instructions below asap to share (and connect) to new or existing users calendars that you cannot currently see.
Step One (Calendar Owner): TO SHARE YOUR CALENDAR WITH A COLLEAGUE
Open Outlook
Click the MORE APPS icon :
Click FOLDERS:
You will now be able to see CALENDAR beneath your Inbox (example below):
Right-click the CALENDAR folder shown in the example above
Click "PROPERTIES"
Click the PERMISSIONS tab
Click ADD
select the desired person(s) from the list - click OKAY
change "permission level" as desired (Publishing Editor recommended if you want the user to have full read/write access).
click OKAY
NOW SHARE STEP TWO BELOW WITH THE USER(S) YOU JUST ENABLED.
Step Two: (your colleague) CONNECT TO SHARED CALENDAR
Upon receipt of the email entitled 'You're invited to share this calendar". If clicking the link does not bring the calendar into your list of Shared Calendars, please do this:
a) close the above email
b) from Outlook go to File > Open & Export > Other users folder
c) in the "Name" box, type the owners name from step one
d) in folder Type, change to "Calendar" > click OKAY
e) you can now click your Calendar Icon in Outlook, and you will find this new calendar under "Shared Calendars".
