If you stop receiving emails, and Outlook says "working offline" it is likely you have activated the WORK OFFLINE button.


To resolve, do the following:


From the Outlook Toolbar, click SEND/RECEIVE:




You may notice the WORK OFFLINE button is grey.  This confirms you are working offline:



Click ONCE on the WORK OFFLINE button to switch back to Online mode.


Emails should start coming through.
