Panda Support have applied a global fix so this issue should no longer be occuring.  However, if you continue to have problems, please let us know and we can apply a manual hotfix which will address the issue immediately.

Panda Support have confirmed this is still being investigated.  They have found a short term work around and have asked us to report on a site-by-site basis.  If you have already reported this incident to Serendipiti, then we will have notified Panda that your site is effected.  If the problem still exists within the next 24 hours, please email helpdesk@serendipiti.co.uk to confirm and we will feed back your communication directly to Panda Support.

Panda HQ are still on the case, however several of our clients have been unable to recreate the issue since 10am today.  If you have not done so already, please retry Chrome again now, although we cannot confirm it has been fixed until we receive the official update from Panda Support.

It has been reported by some users of Panda AD360 (Anti-Virus software) that the following error appears when launching Chrome:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Panda Security\WAC\PSNMVHookMS64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000428.

This was first reported to us on Wednesday 18th December, and we reported the issue immediately to Panda Corporate Support.


The Panda Development Team have confirmed this as a known issue and they are working on a fix as a top priority. 


Our understanding is that this issue is isolated to CHROME only.  If you receive this error (and Chrome does not work after you click OK), please revert to an alternative web browser such as Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge until such times as Panda have resolved this issue.


Please do not adjust any settings on your PC. 


We will continue to push Panda support for further updates and will report any changes herein asap.
