On occasion, Panda may block a program that you trust.
You can unblock these items manually as follows:
OPTION ONE: FROM THE PC

Tell me how:
On the effected PC, right click the Panda head in the system tray
click PANDA ADAPTIVE DEFENSE 360 to launch the program
click "Administrator Panel"
Enter the admin password (we will provide your domain Administrator with the password under separate cover)
Turn all features to the OFF position
Leave the Panda window open, and install your intended application
Test the new application several times.
When done, return to open Panda window
click LOG OUT
click LOG OUT again
OPTION TWO: FROM THE PANDA PORTAL
Login to the Panda Portal here: https://www.pandacloudsecurity.com/PandaLogin
(We will provide your domain Administrator with the username & password under separate cover)
click "Adaptive Defence 360 on Aether Platform"
click the blocked programs square (under "currently blocked programs being
classified" )
- You will now see all blocked programs.
To unblock, click each line then click the UNBLOCK button
A warning will appear - click Unblock again.
Now try reinstalling the program.
